Shipping Policy for Junction Pets

At Junction Pets, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following details regarding shipping, handling, and delivery times for your orders.

1. Shipping Territory & Costs

  • Service Area: We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50. No minimum order required for local pickup.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies. This applies to all eligible products within our shipping range.
  • Local Pickup: We offer Free Local Pickup for all orders, regardless of order value, at our Bradford boutique. Simply choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and collect your order from us at your convenience.

2. Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

  • Daily Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) GMT. Orders placed before this time are processed the same day.
  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared within 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday to Saturday). Custom and bespoke items may require additional preparation time, but rest assured, we will aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on Bank Holidays, will be processed the following business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Transit Time: Once your order is processed, the expected transit time is 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Your total estimated delivery time is 2 – 4 Business Days from the moment your order is dispatched.
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted UK carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and on time.

4. Shipping & Delivery Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor the delivery status. If you encounter any issues with delivery, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@junctionpets.uk for assistance.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your products to ensure they arrive safely. If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@junctionpets.uk. We will work with our carrier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
